engine oil is very critical in this engine. Always use the recommended
quality of oil and keep the reservoir full. The oil has to withstand
3000PSI pressure and not foam. Oil foam has been found to cause
rough running, smoke and missing. The best diagnostic tool (For
Repair Shops) is the New Generation Star Tester available from
Ford for about $2000.00. This tool can cut down hours of troubleshooting
time. |
