| Boost Gauge Installation Chevy/GMC 6.5L 1. Remove air inlet casting from intake manifold. 2. Measure 2" from inlet on the inside portion of the air inlet casting. 3. Center-punch this location and drill using a letter "R" (.339 dia) drill bit. 4. Tap the hole using a 1/8 NPT tap. 5. Clean all chips from the inside of the casting. 6. Install fitting and connect hose making sure hose fits snug but does not pinch.
